About us

Alejandro Valencia - General Director
In 2011, AFA stores was founded by it's CEO, Josh Norman. Together with Alejandro, they embarked on an entrepreneurial journey that, over the years, would become increasingly solid and steadily grow. In 2018, recognizing the need to strengthen and centralize support processes, Alejandro officially founded Drago Stores S.A.S. in Colombia, with the goal of providing comprehensive back-office services to AFA Stores.
 
Under his leadership, Drago Stores has established itself as a key strategic ally for process optimization, delivering high-level end-to-end e-commerce management services.

Merchandising

Javier Guinand - Director of Merchandising
In 2012, Javier decided to join this proyect called AFA Stores, believing in it wholeheartedly from the very beginning and convinced of e-commerce's potential as the core of the business. Over the years, with Drago as it's main partner, the Merchandising area has become a leader in strategically manaing and presenting the products that make up our catalog.
 
Under his direction and with the support of a specialized team that merges graphic work with product information, the department archieves a perfect balance of visual and content coherence, offering our customers the best shopping experience. 

Operations

Eduardo Tamayo - Director of Operations
In 2016, Eduardo joined the AFA Stores team, bringing with him extensive experience, in furniture and decor e-commerce, particularly in logistics and customer service. With Drago as key support, the Operations area has become the driving force ensuring the efficient fulfillment of every purchase order.

 

Under his leardership, the team coordinates precisely with suppliers and oversees every stage of the process, ensuring on-time, trouble- free deliveries. In addition, they proactively handle customer service and claims resolution, maintaining effective communication and delivering exceptional service experience to every client.

Accounting

Daniel Lopéz - Director of Accounting
In 2017, Daniel joined the AFA stores accounting team, where his dedication and outstanding results allowed him to build solid expertise in the field. Over time, his commitment and skills led him to take on the role of Accounting Director for Drago Stores. Since the, he has assembled a specialized team dedicated to thoroughly auditing supplier accounts, recording and organizing every invoice in the system, and coordinating timely payments to both suppliers and transportation companies.

 

Under his leardership, the department ensures balanced accounts and process transparency, guaranteeing that every transaction is executed with precision, reliability, and in accordance with the highest administrative standards.
